ARTICLE 1: PREAMBLE

Contract management, invoicing management, customer area management, management of your seed shipments, sending newsletters and catalogs.

— The configuration of your device: whether it is a computer or a mobile phone, thus allowing our Site to adapt its display to your screen.



France Etalons has defined retention periods for your personal data in accordance with its legal obligations and the recommendations of the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés.

The company may retain certain personal data beyond the time periods announced above in order to fulfill its legal or regulatory obligations.

Please note, when you make a payment on Groomy, your bank details are not transmitted in clear text to the server www.my.groomy-app.com. Payments are made via a secure payment platform, compliant with the PCI-DSS standard, and supplemented by control measures, in order to guarantee the security of purchases made on www.my.groomy-app.com and to fight against fraud.

• Right to refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority (article 77 of the GDPR).

The publisher of the France Etalons site reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time in order to assure users of the site that it complies with current law.

Any modifications cannot have an impact on purchases previously made on the site, which remain subject to the Policy in force at the time of the purchase and as accepted by the user upon validation of the purchase.
